500 Hour Apprenticeship

Students who are open to this possibility may discover a new balance of body and mind.

It requires: A desire to deepen your practice and a sincere commitment to the path.

It will offer you the opportunity to share the light of Yoga that is brought forth from within, should you choose to.

Relationship to a Practice.

You will be joining a small and select group of committed Ashtanga Yoga practitioners, who wish to deepen their practice with a six month commitment under the guidance of Jeff and Harmony, and special guest teachers.

This is an opportunity to grow one’s own practice in an energizing and inspiring environment with two teachers who have been directly blessed to pass along the teachings of Yoga by Sri O.P Tiwari and Sri K Pattabhi Jois.

Selection is by application.

Hours may be completed over a 3 Year Period, and modules are made to be flexible to your availability.
