500 Hour Apprenticeship

This 500 Hour Apprenticeship Program is an invitation to explore the possibility for personal growth and transformation through the continued learning and teaching Yoga.

Students who are open to this possibility may discover a new balance of body and mind.

It requires: A desire to deepen your practice and a sincere commitment to the path.

It will offer you the opportunity to share the light of Yoga that is brought forth from within, should you choose to.

Yoga begins with Relationship.

Relationship to a Teacher.

Relationship to a Practice.

This program is a two-way commitment to pursue truth, to learn from each other, and to practice with respect and devotion.

You will be joining a small and select group of committed Ashtanga Yoga practitioners, who wish to deepen their practice over a three to five year commitment under the guidance of Jeff and Harmony, along with special guest teachers.

This is an opportunity to grow one’s own practice in an energizing and inspiring environment with two teachers who have been blessed to pass along the teachings of Yoga by Sri O.P Tiwari and Sri K Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois.

We are eternally grateful to both Sri O.P. Tiwari and Sri R. Sharath Jois for their continued input into our practices and our lives. Their dedication to the practice of Yoga is inspiring and we are blessed to have them as teachers.

This program is only open to those students who have met or studied with Jeff or Harmony, and who have completed their 200 Hour Education Program.

Selection is by application.

Hours may be completed over a 3 - 5 Year Period, and modules are made to be flexible according to your personal availability and aptitude. However, this course will take commitment and persistence with a mind dedicated to practicing over a long period of time as stated by Patanjali:

Course Details

1. 8 Workshops with Special Guest Teachers or Jeff & Harmony including: Advanced Anatomy, Sanskrit / Chanting Intensive, and TWO Philosophy / Yogic Lifestyle

2. Level II Adjustment & Practice Intensive with Jeff & Harmony

3. 100 Hours of Assisting and Practice with Jeff & Harmony

Tuition Costs

1. Workshop Tuition will depend on the workshop you apply to attend

2. Level II Adjustment & Practice Intensive - $995

3. 100 Hours of Assisting - $110 / 10 Hour Session (approximately ONE week of assisting)

4. The 500 Hour Registration Fee - $350
