Monday & Wednesday Nights at 6:00 PM New Led Classes
We introduce a Led Ashtanga Yoga Fundamentals Class & bring back Restorative Yoga to an earlier time slot

Saturday Mornings at 9:00 AM 1/2 Primary **NEW TIME**
Our Saturday Morning Class Schedule starts a little earlier!

Saturday Mornings at 10:30 AM New Led Class
We are excited to start a new Led Classical Hatha Yoga Class
