NEW: Yoga Education Program Jeff, Harmony and other visiting Yogis will be teaching a power-packed Yoga Education Program! This Yoga Education and Teacher Training Program is a protracted course of study that honors the ancient teaching system of Yoga, while accommodating the schedule challenges of modern living. Students can mix and match separate modules to complete the required hours necessary for certification through the Yoga Alliance, or modules may be grouped together into an intensive education in Yoga! This program is flexible to suit your individual schedule demands.

It will cover benefits of the practice, safe and effective ways to move through the postures, as well as how to adjust others.
