Beginners Yoga Classes are a fundamental step to learning Ashtanga Yoga.  These classes are designed currently being offered at Ashtanga Yoga Victoria on an "as requested basis".  

So if you have a group of friends or are interested in being added to a list of interested students please contact us here.  

Remember that the Mysore style classes provide the best beginners yoga experience.

Our registered Ashtanga Yoga Fundamentals course is held in our beautiful private studio.

Class sizes are limited, so that you get the attention you deserve, and have the opportunity to ask questions and learn in a friendly environment with other new students.

Committing to a 4 week Registered class allows for you to grow and feel confident within your personal Yoga practice.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that is followed by a period of deep relaxation - come give it a try!
