Jeff Lichty
Jeff Lichty comes from a strong Christian background. He was raised in a family of ministers and nurses, who were all committed to spirituality and service. His personal search for spirituality landed him in India in 1993, where he used his training as a critical care paramedic to volunteer with Mother Teresa. Many experiences in his 16 year career as a paramedic reinforced his conviction to pursue a more comprehensive, pro-active approach to physical, mental, and spiritual health. 
The need to create stillness of mind, in the midst of chaos, brought him to Ashtanga Yoga. He is an excellent resource in the areas of life and stress management, and in general life coaching. Return from Jeff Lichty to AYVic Teachers |
