This is a protracted study consisting of 3 Weekend Intensives, with Jeff & Harmony. Each weekend will be supplemented with daily Mysore Practice. January 13-15 Schedule
This is a powerful set of weekends consisting of practice and yoga education with Jeff and Harmony. This module will include a thorough investigation of the postures and adjustments within the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. We will also focus on some fundamental Pranayama practices, as well as a few cleansing Kriyas. February 3-5 Schedule **Practicum Assisting Hours will be spread out over several weeks to allow for flexibility in the practical application of the refining of your learning these adjustments**
