This 4 week course intelligently applies the Ashtanga Yoga System in a manner specifically tailored to those students who share the goal of losing weight, while reclaim a positive body image.
With expert guidance, participants will be encouraged to embark on a journey of learning a sequence of postures that will assist them in achieving their personal best.
These classes are geared towards restoring balance in your body and mind, while encouraging you to create a healthy lifestyle that will naturally lead towards realizing your personal goals.

Second Session: February 26 - March 18
Sundays at 12:30pm - 1:45pm
